These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bright Coding QR Code Generator website. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

The site provides a free, browser-based QR code generator. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- create QR codes that link to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or misleading content;
- use the service to distribute malware or phishing links;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
You are solely responsible for the content your QR codes point to.
3. No guarantee of scanability
QR codes depend on the scanning app, print size, contrast and the destination. We do not warrant that a generated code will scan in every condition. Always test your code before printing or distributing it widely.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, code, text and branding are owned by Bright Coding or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the QR codes you generate freely.
5. Advertising and third parties
The service is supported by advertising (Google AdSense) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties.
6. No warranty
We provide the service without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Coding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
